Is this ALL achievable ?

Whilst this may all seem daunting and you may wonder how we fit this all in to the duration of the course, experience has shown us that, Yes it is ! Even to students that have not done any plumbing work before.

However if you were to run over slightly, then this is not an issue to us.

Literature is freely available for you to take home to study, covering all that you have done during the course.

In addition to the above exercises, you will be taught a lot of theory not found in books, based on many years operating in the plumbing trade.

We are confident that anyone completing the course will have gained enough skill and knowledge to confidently tackle the majority of plumbing projects they will be asked to perform.

Please note - It is illegal for anyone to undertake gas work without the appropriate training and assessment of a registered training centre.

High Lea Tiling Centre - Tiling Syllabus

By listening to feedback from our ex-students they have identified a need for a specific follow on course to help them to win more work. The Plumbskill Tiling Centre - have designed a course that specifically meets their needs and we hope it does yours as well.

The hours for this course are the same as the plumbing course i.e. 08:00-17:00

The Tiling Course is designed for anyone who is installing a kitchen, cloakroom, en suite, shower cubicle or fitting a bathroom suite. This can also help the plumber when the customer requires you to do the Tiling as well.

As you may already know if you are removing existing tiles there is likely to be a need to make good the surface prior to laying your new tiles. Making Good techniques with plasterboard, cement and plaster are included in the Tiling course.

From a plumber's viewpoint this is also an opportunity to earn additional revenue. Or you may not be a plumber but just need to learn the elements involved in both Tiling and Plastering techniques. Often these days customers want one tradesman to do the whole job as opposed to getting 2 or 3 separate tradesmen in at different times extending the inconvenience to them.

Full details about the tiling courses can be found on the High Lea Tiling Centre site below.

Tiling Courses available on the same site can be booked alongside a plumbing course
